I went on to call a different location and Amy from a Henderson location was very professional and told me exactly what I needed to bring for my loan! Jones location is bad.”

If that were my employee I would fire her, I heard the down right NASTY things she was saying to Gladys on the phone about me (she does not even know me) and I know the ring on my finger cost more then she makes in 2 years...that is just my left hand BTW. The only words of advice I have for anyone who wants to "Don't Be Broke" ....."Don't Be" hasty when going to a loan center. "Don't Be" spoken about like trash. "Don't Be" so desperate that you will waste so much time in your day dealing with such unprofessional-ism. "Don't Be" so quick to believe everything you hear. "Don't Be" willing to pay stupid interest when it is a highly competitive market. "Don't Be" shocked if you go into DLC (any of their locations) and hear the "underwriter" speak so NASTY about you, so LOUDLY over the phone. "Don't Be" shocked if you go to work for DLC and hear the same nastiness I heard. "Don't Be" shocked when you do take a loan and get treated POORLY (I saw how another lady paying was treated...and had to waste another hour her day to PAY DLC for her sister). I must say this is the most disappointing review I have ever written. I really thought Chuck had better employees. Very disappointed .”

This branch told me they didn't have time . I am an over the road truck driver and my job is hard enough right now during the pandemic. The bank manager suggested I go to another branch on my route. Wells seems to make everything difficult so congratulations Battle Mountain for being the straw that broke the camels back”
