Do not trust this company or anyone that has worked for them. Update: January 3. Closing date came and went and STILL NOTHING! 9 weeks and the only thing that has happened is the cashing of our earnest money (6 weeks after being received). Holding up the entire process here. Was hoping Santa would bring me a title commitment for Christmas. It is now December 21 and we STILL HAVE NOT REVCEIVED A TITLE COMMITMENT. Completely unacceptable! After constantly making contact we found out this company is selling at the end of the year. They still have employees, what are they paying them to do?? If the same employees are going to the new company I feel sorry for them inheriting these lazy, useless slugs. Absolutely frustrating.”
