First experience: A completely different check with different account name and number was used to withdraw money from my account. It was solved and money was put back to my account. 2nd experience: went to deposit money, they count many times in their machine, money got stuck in the machine several times then those teller went backside to count the money and came out $10 short. When we count by hand it was $20 short. I told them so many times that 2 people have counted them 4-5 times it should not be short but they just did not listen and end up depositing $20 less. 3rd: Finally I decide to close the account and of course the teller doesn’t care at all to see if he/she can do something to solve this problem. The worst experience in banking business.”
