Jen would send me an email & I could go from there. I had a question so I called back. Jen was not available but the Manager Christopher answered all my questions and then some. Soon after that Jen called me, and together we completed the loan process. Everyone in that office should be commended for their excellent customer service. I got asked my account number, social security, birthday, email. I asked to speak to a manager, which I was put on hold way too long. Why did I need to give out so much information if I only need a time factor. I hung up called Hooksett. A gentleman answered my question immediately, no hassle. Don’t mobile deposit checks on Saturday morning even though drawn on MCSB it is not available until Tuesday. This bank is outdated not current.”
