Have been increasing dissatisfied with their practices- related to both Business and Personal banking. Looking to take all banking business elsewhere, just a hassle when you have multiple accounts/auto payments/mortgage to deal with. I understood that they could not help me due to my out of state DL. It was not until 15 minutes later when I discovered that she kept my blank check. I went back to get it and she claims that she did not have it. Even threatened to call the police, when i calledc her bliff she idnt want the police and suggested i leave. I hope she tries to get money from my accountcase I called my bank. I shall also contact her employer.”

Very rude and incompetent staff, refused to give my paperwork back, wouldn't give me my check (that hadn't been cashed yet) back without giving her my paperwork. Refused to give me copies of paperwork, agreed cashing rates were 3x higher on the paperwork than what was verbally quoted to me, didn't call to verify my check (I left after the cashier telling me she couldn't verify my check, immediately called the bank for clarification and was told nobody had tried to verify it). In short, rude and incompetent staff. I'll definitely be telling people to not use this company.”
