One time I didn't pay attention to the bank name on the check cuz it's not a regular payroll check and it ended up being from a completely different bank. Pinnacle ended up cashing it anyways for me so I didn't have to travel another 90 miles. To me that is excellent and I appreciated it so much!!! My parents banked there when they lived in Ogallala and loved banking from there.”

I used an account I don't usually do to pay a bill in the evening. Next day I go to deposit money in my account and see a return item fee and my payment had been returned to my account... it had not even been a full business day that my account had been negative but "over drafts have to be proceeded before 11am" and he made " a judgment call to return the item and charge a fee". I was short $30 .... i had money in another account at access bank to cover it. I explained the situation to the manager and nothing he just repeated he manages two branches and he made the judgment call to charge my account. Thankful I can make the judgment call to switch banks.”

Maggie was very detail oriented and very polite and courteous. We paid a small fee for this service. My husband I also noted that she is following all the guidelines for Coronavirus Pandemic Social Distance from sanitizing and cleaning counters after each customer also noted that customers were wearing masks.The store has marked spots on flooring to assure proper distance. Most definitely will continue to do business with Check into Cash and your new Manager Maggie Alvarado is a doing a Excellent job 😊”
