I received a, "Paper Statement Fee", of $2.00, in an attempt to force me into on-line banking. I went to the drive through window, because the lobby is closed, and spoke to one of their managers about the charge. I was told the charge would be refunded and I would never see that charge again due to my consistent balance. The next month the charge was refunded, and a new "Paper Statement Fee", was added. Again I went to the Drive through window. This time the on duty manager told me that their monthly $2.00 fee was more important to them than my current balance of $90,000.00. I moved my personal accounts two years ago for similar reasons. Service is definitely not their strong suit, and it seems as if the bank officers aren't paying attention. Sometimes things happen for a reason. I'm much happier, and better off, having changed all of my accounts to another bank.”

They refuse to cash my child’s check from his grandparents for his birthday because he isn’t listed on my account. Who add’s a 5 yr old to your checking account? They can’t even sign their name! Then they refused to cash a $24 check made out to my husband and signed by both of us unless he was with me in the car! It’s not like they don’t know who we are, we’ve been with them almost 10 years. Their rates aren’t the best nor are their services. Time to move all our accounts to a different bank!”

The lack of urgency, empathy, and the inability to delegate essential tasks during our home loan financing process has been nothing short of shocking. There have been numerous miscommunications between departments within Stockman Bank that caused us to push back our closing date have cost us thousands of dollars. We have been "under contract" for more than 50 days. The customer service from the loan officer has been abysmal and the lack of initiative to fix the situation that they have caused is nonexistent. I would absolutely not recommend using this bank as a home loan lender.”
