Sandra, Natasha, Stephanie, Dawn, Donna, and Mitzi to name a few, are some of the best people you can come in contact with as well I can even call and ask to speak the president John Harmon and he speaks with me. Theres a reason my phone is off during these trying financial times. Ever heard of emailing before digging and finding random family members to call that live across the country? People like me will pay when we can. Im not allowing my family to starve or go without power so yall can get a payment. Again, its hard enough as is during this time. I had the issue earlier this year and spoke with the manager who talked down to me and questioned me. Its none of your business why I'm late on a payment just know I have intentions on paying when I can. Ill never borrow from this company again once I pay this off and I will warn every single person I know.”

This was the very first piece of information that was given to him. When he processed the application, he told me that they cannot assist me because they service locally only and they dont have means for me to pay over the phone or on the internet. He could have saved me time because he knew the answer beforehand. When I brought this to his attention, he said he didn't know I was moving. He is a confused individual! How can he claim to not know something when he a. wrote it on ap and b. explained to me that since I'm moving, the company cant help? I don't know why he felt the need to run my application when I was disqualified from the start. Perhaps he is just noisey. Running a person's credit can bring their score down and time is valuable, something he can care less about.”

They always answer all my questions, as tedious as that can be, and always keep me informed; I'm very pleased with how forward they are about information concerning my account. The employees seem a bit overworked, but that seems to be normal in office environments such as that. I will definitely consider doing business with them in the future. EDIT: Some staff members are cold and callous, and they continue to call you and send you mail even when you ask them to stop (long after you have paid off your loan). If your payment is late, they will call you every single day until you pay it, even though they say they will mark your account to be paid on ___ day when you get paid. I have deducted 1 star for the continuous harassment, and 1 star because their online payment portal never seems to work, so you have to call in your payment and give your card number over the phone to a person (I worry about fraud) or go into the office you got the loan at (because they can't take payments on a loan you got at another Tower Loan apparently?).”
