When I called about it I was told there was nothing they could do and even after settling it they would never let me own an account with them again. My grandfather had a bad experience with them over 60 years ago when they wouldn't even let him take out a loan because his income was too low so he went with BancorpSouth and ran a successful farm for 70 years. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these people because they promise a lot and don't deliver. The bank is totally stuck in the stone age .”
