However, I lost my job, got another one and then was let go because I could not travel. I am only late on the March payment. I offered to make a $159 payment and was told that because I owed more than that due to the late charges, that they would not accept the $159. I tried again and offered to go pay in cash, and was still told they would not accept that amount. I had to pay another bill so now I have nothing. The rude wat I was spoken to and the blatant lie about the amount they would accept was uncalled for. I waited in line with at least 10 other customers for nearly 45 minutes to cash a check while the the tellers made the drive thru their TOP priority. I mentioned this on the way out to the woman who was leading the customers to the long line of people who were waiting and was rudely told by her to back up and not get within 6 feet of her because she had a cancer patient at home. She then told me that the tellers were supposed to alternate between the inside and drive thru customers and that she would speak to them about it. I can't help but wonder why she didn't tell them to do that very thing after one of the multiple times where she was leading customers to the line and saw how many people were waiting ? I also had to pay a " fee " for the privilege of waiting in line for 45 minutes to cash the check because I don't have an account there and can assure everyone that I NEVER will ! I will drive to a branch in Pearl, Brandon, Madison or Timbuktu before I EVER set foot into this bank of rude and incompetent employee's again and SINCERELY hope that they go out of business !”

We arrived at the office two days later to sign everything and after being there for almost two hours they told us we were no longer approved for the amount instead we were approved for $3,000 less than the original amount. The explanation of why was not because of any changes in credit or anything logical like that, but because we made more money monthly than what we originally said on the application! So we were approved for less money because we made more money than they thought. It is not the individual at the branch who was responsible but it was just ridiculous!”

There is a teller that works in this bank named Lillian I do believe that is very mean and virbally "out loud" expresses his account balance for all the other customers to hear. She belittle him every week! He battles issues with depression and social anxiety and she plays upon it like she's commander in chief! It's none of her business how much he keeps in his account and her behavior toward him is harming him emotionally!! The President of this bank needs and must address this situation now!!! His name is Randy he has banked with yall for at least 5 years now, well the bullying stops now!! MILLIE, MOLLY, Lillian what ever your name is LEAVE MY MAN ALONE!!! YOU'RE JUST AN OLD BULLY!!”
