Debbie Ullman and her team Vickie and Jessica at Hampton Office are outstanding in every aspect of their business. They are all consummate professionals, extremely thorough, and ALWAYS have a CAN DO attitude no what comes up in a transaction. They are quick to respond and always manage time sensitive issues with a sense of urgency. They are great with clients as well as agents. This team is always my #1 choice!

I am disappointed in them. I have worked with Jim for nearly 10 years, was regular on payments and renewed the loan several times in an effort to built my credit history. I was told I would be given Cedit Education courses and that their system will improve my credit score. I have not received that benefit. I was in a car wreck in June and now that savings has been used, JP is unavailable to renew a loan I have never been late on. Seems like a big build up for a larger fall. Just disappointed and at 12% Interest they should be a bit more accommodating. Proceed with caution, loan facts. Principal $14,885.00 Term 4 year loan Rate 7.75% Payment $361.64 Monthly Fees $21.52 Total Minthly Payment is $383.16 Took out loan August of 2020. Loan Completion is September 2024 Principal paid $14,885.00 Interest paid $2,473.82 Fees paid $1,032.86 Overpayment $766.32 (Amortization Table Terminates the loan July 2024, not in September). Is this why they do not have a portal developed yet so you can view your loan account online? 🤔

I have been with FMCU little over 7 years and i have great experience with Susan Rupp she is the best from the best! Great loan officer for all your loan needs from a major home loan to a small line of credit she has always been the best.I have never left massage to her without getting response back from her soon as she can, it’s nice to know there is someone out there who will do their best to help you and in my case that’s Susan. If I could give her 10 ⭐️ I would!!!Besides that she’s very professional also she’s a great soul!!!

I give Easton 5 stars because they are honest, and genuine, and professional, and all of those traits have been carried down through the generations, and still hold true with the current owners. All of my experiences have been with Jewelry cleaning, purchasing, and I had stones from an old ring turned into a pendant. All of those services were fair I never once felt I was ever at any point being ripped off, they were professional and quick. I also had an appraisal written up for some of my existing jewelry. I myself, don't typically pawn items, but from what I have experienced from being at the shop, anything brought in is examined thoroughly, and they will tell you exactly what you have, and what it is actually worth, and they always give the best option. I think people have a tendency to get angry, because they bring in items that they think are worth something, when they may not necessarily be, there is a difference between gold plated earrings and from Target vs. Grandmas old wedding ring, which one do you think will get you more money? I don't know what the situation was with the one star review in this listing, that could have been a completely different situation with different owners, and to each his own. I recommend this place hands down every time someone asks me, but I say check them them out for yourself, and make your own opinion, but they do, do great and professional work.

Do NOT have your closing with this company. Back in November, I was scheduled to close on my very first home. The week leading up to closing was a disaster. The trouble first started with incorrect figures on my final closing statement. For some reason, Title Partners was not properly calculating the figures and amount needed for closing. After a lot of back and forth between my Lender and Title Partners, I was not given the final closing statement until the late evening the night before closing. On the day of closing, I showed up promptly at 10AM to complete my part of the closing and was told that the seller was in the process of completing their documents as well. At 4:47PM, I get a phone call stating that I am not able to enter the home because Title Partners incorrectly typed the account number; thus, did not properly wire the money to the seller and wires stop at 4PM. Upset about the situation, the sellers refused to allow me access to the home until they receive their money (which they wouldn't be able to get until late Monday morning as we closed on a Friday). Legally, the sellers were allowed to do this as the mistake was on the part of Title Partners and the transaction was not completed because funds were not received. This mistake (on the part of Title Partners) completely delayed me moving out of my apartment. I incurred additional moving expenses because of this mistake. In addition, I was paying for a house that I couldn't use or access because of this mistake. As many people know, utilities, interest, etc. start the day of closing. I have given Title Parters ample time to compensate and rectify the situation and they have blown me off since November. I didn't receive an apology for the mistake they made nor was there any follow-up to make things right. Terrible customer service, no attention to detail and no attempt to rectify the situation. Go elsewhere!!!!!!

Having worked with multiple Title companies in the St. Louis area, Title Partner's is the best. Everyone is professional, kind, courteous, fast, and they always work to help solve problems rather than just state there is a problem. Outstanding customer service!

Need to talk to them about my current loan. Can't reach anyone just get voicemail or mailbox is full and nobody calls back when I do leave message. I've been a current for years and think they owe me courtesy of a response. Extremely urgent we talk.

I had fallen behind and had a payday loan credit counseling company yo tell me to close my account and not pay them. When I talked to Tawana about it she told me she had not heard of the company and that she had not had them to contact her. In short it was a scam. Tawana called me and said just come in and we'll work out how to get you back on track. She saved my " credit life'". Thank you for caring. There are people who still have a heart.

I was coming onto the lot of the strip mall and the front was full so I went to the back lot and was about to park in Handicap Parking as I have a placard and have mobility issues and then this young dark hair man with a dented black car flew in the Handicap Spot, showed him my placard and he ignored me. He works for Mo Payday Loans. I got out of my car and rang the back door of and he stormed out almost hitting me with the door yelling at me because he had to move out of Handicap. No respect at all from their employee.
