My son has kept his accounts there and next Tuesday he is purchasing his first home. You all dropped the ball on this as he had signed wire papers on Thursday, the wire didn't go out like it was supposed to...you then assured him it would go out Friday...again, the wire didn't go out. He then was told to go to a shared branch where he could get a cashier check for the amount he needed for his Tuesday closing only to find out that he couldn't get a check for that amount from a shared branch, he now has to pray that your all do your job and get his wire done asap on Tuesday morning or he doesn't get to close on his home at his 9am closing. What a horrible experience and absolutely unacceptable. I have told him to close his accounts and to never do business with you again.”

Stephanie, the Branch Manager (at least she said she was!) was very rude on several occasions and then when called out on it tried to act like she wouldn’t do something like that! I do not recommend this company and it’s no wonder they couldn’t keep their other branches open.”
