When I started telling him this was wrong, he said I'm sorry it's out of my hands. I even told him I'm retired and on a fixed income, it did not matter. I was sick to my stomach. I've called and spoke to the branch manager and he said there's nothing I can do. So whatever you do stay far away from this place. They tell you one thing and lie to you. Everyone I talk too I tell them. Last thing I told them on a survey they can fix this and just pay what I've paid in and pay it on the loan, I've heard nothing. Please protect yourself stay away.”
