Called to check on payment, payer informed the person she was quarantined due to being Covid positive, the caller told her she needed to come into the office to make the payment, again reminded she was positive and quarantined!! Payer said I'll make my payment online was again told no you need to come into office! Informed person she would when off quarantine, was told she needed to come in now! Payer asked for a supervisor, caller "acted" like she got someone else but it was still her like someone wouldn't know the difference! I work nights and am not the one that took out the loan but am called constantly!!! How many people are they bullying into coming in when they are quarantined?!? Do they wear masks? Is this office a key to the spread of Covid?!?”

Instead I called Freedom Bank directly and a person actually answered, there were no prompts!!! They remembered me, and our account! INSANITY! I don’t think the bank i have been with for 15 years in NJ even knows my name unless I provide them with proof of ID and they read it off a screen. The service at Freedom Bank is spectacular, from Chris to Abbie & Madi, all amazing people who go above and beyond. They make me want to leave NJ and move out to Missouri. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend!”

As a cash buyer with no contingencies and cash on hand, this should’ve been an easy transaction. 1. Their EMD payment system is horrendous, having to pay online processing fee for the ‘fastest recommended method’, then telling me they don’t see my payment until 6 days later. 2. The final sale price was incorrect, title officer kept asking my buying agent for information that the listing agent should’ve provided such as proration and commission letter. 3. I was not notified when the property had closed escrow but had to reach out afterwards. No deeds were sent to me until I had to ask for them. Maybe it this was one off but beware of title officer Daniel Onwiler. Service was absolutely horrible given lack of communication. Having closed 3 purchases the last month with 3 different title companies, this was by far the worst experience.”
