Then asks the only other lady working if so and so will be back from lunch? Then says Oh no you will need to make an appt for tomorrow. I ask ok- who should I ask for when we come in- She says "Oh either myself or Michael". OK so we are standing right in front of you now and you can't help us now? but you can help us tomorrow? ( no other customers were in the bank) I guess you really don't want our $ so we will go elsewhere and will tell everyone I know to NEVER bank with this branch! We banked with US Bank in another state and everyone was kind and helpful but not at this bank branch! Pathetic!! Management- train your employees!! I have recvd better customer service at Target!”
