    “Really poor customer service, I tried repeatedly to call their listed phone number at 4:15pm and nobody answered the phone call. I decided to make the trip in person the next business day after the "account specialist" from the bank's customer service line told me that my "fee's would be waved if I went to the bank in person". The lady in charge at the bank denied that nobody was answering the bank phone the day before and declined to wave the fee I was told by THEIR representative would be waved if I went to my local branch. I never had any issues when it was GREAT WESTERN BANK but after 4 years of being a loyal customer I'm disappointed to announce that I'll be shopping for a different local bank in town to serve my financial needs.”
