    “WORST Customer Service EVER experienced. unable to cash their OWN BANK CHECKS as they cannot verify their payer. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! The payer is THEIR CUSTOMER! and I have cashed their checks for a year each month!!!!!! Well they "google" the phone number and got a "pharmacy!" Then when I asked for the manager, "He was unable and will return until Tomorrow" gets better.... Then I got on the phone with the clinic that payed me with the check and as he wasn't the one that sign the check CANNOT BE VERIFIED... as he wasn't the one who signed the check (was the CFO so Sit down to get a hold to him!!!) Even they got the account payable information still weren't unable to cash the check, unless I OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR WAIT FOR THE MANAGER THAT -NOW- Would've return within 45 minutes. LOST one hour of my precious time. Drove to a real bank, Wells Fargo and 5 min later walk out with my money on my hands.”
