I called literally to get clarification on policy regarding banking as power of attorney and banking for that person. I literally had the branch manager hang up the phone on me and mid sentence. When I called back thinking that that had with been a horrible mistake they proceeded to pick up the phone and hang it up. Each time I called back they picked up the phone and hung it up without saying a single word. The level of unprofessionalism needs to be heard by corporate and I hope corporate reads these reviews. I hope they take it to heart that even if BMO Harris Bank possibly could have gained a new customer they definitely lost me and they lost any and everyone I know. Hopefully they have a better day at work and they don't continuously lose more and more customers for this bank because judging by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I would not trust this bank with any of my money whatsoever.”

Make sure you plan a head because they close before their scheduled hours. My husband went up today and they wouldn't let him or anyone in at 3:53pm. There was a line outside the store before he got there. If that's the case they should post a sign stating they aren't taking any new customers 10mins before closing in order to help everyone in line by 4pm. They will probably take this idea. Sorry to all those people who took the time out of their schedule and made a trip using their gas and energy only to be disappointed. I'm not one to write a negative review, but I don't like to waste anyone else's time and I don't like someone wasting mine. I hope that something positive changes in the future. Maybe I can change my next review to a positive one. Keep hope alive.”
