When I came back another person that was working called another place and was told that they just needed to send in the check. So now I am waiting for some sort of proof that the check was sent to where ever wells fargo auto is located. I have this funny feeling that it is sitting on someones desk still in North Mankato. To be very honest, wells fargo has kind of screwed a few people in my family with loans and I wasn't sure I wanted to get my auto loan through them. I wasn't really having any issues until I went to the branch location. I have called just about every 1800 number for wells fargo and have gotten the response of "you just have to wait and see"............. I am just wanting to know why a branch location doesn't have educated staff on these matters and why can't a branch location basically apply the check to my account??? If there is any one that reads this from wells fargo I would really like to know if the check I handed in to pay off my truck loan left north mankato. PS Never doing banking business with Wells Fargo EVER again!”

As a small woman it’s absolutely terrifying to have two strange men enter your home at night. These men started asking me about a house showing, I told them that nothing was scheduled and to get out. It’s absolutely terrifying that these two men were able to enter my home with a key, without informing me at night. Also, the realtor was not with them! Are they really just giving random people our house key without notifying the tenants? We received no notice that anyone was touring. This was also at 8:30pm on Sunday night of Labor Day weekend. Highly unprofessional but I guess that’s what to expect with Michael Korby and Edina realty.”

She stated that I needed a piece of mail . When I came the next day with just that she said we would need a utility bill . I told her okay I’ll just go print it off . She said no because it has to come in the mail . I told her that the one I’m printing would be the same exact one in the mail . She said no it wouldn’t work because we needed the envelope . ENVELOPE!!!! She then went to tell me how I better hurry because they closed at 7 it was 6:37 and she didn’t want to start a loan process after 6:40. This is ridiculous she clearly did not want to do her job and was rude unhelpful and lied . I am disgusted at the fact she didn’t want to help me . My only thoughts is that because I am a black woman . She was a white woman with a smile on her face as she told me it wouldn’t work. I went to the Unbank on university and they processed my loan with no problem . Absolutely hate this location and this . She’s also racist so be sure if you’re black to go to the university location because she won’t help you !!!!!!!!!”
