They quickly resolved my issue and I would recommend this branch 100% after that experience. I gather that the person I worked with had just been promoted to manager, and I can see why. Those who've given bad reviews, I'd say give it another shot because there's new leadership there, and she's all capability and respect. I felt I was in good hands.”

I just recieved a notice saying they've contacted me several times about the "unsatisfactory status" of my account and that it has been closed and "information may have either been reported to a consumer reporting agency and or turned over to a collection agency. To open a new checking account in the future, you will first need to repay all overdraft balances." Pretty damn funny as I already closed my accounts and I did NOT receive any other notices about it. And, of course, "no one is able to help me at this time" with the number I was provided. This bank is seriously pathetic.”

I have heard no response, so basically they respond to poor reviews with generic replies to pretend they care, but they do not”
