I needed to skip a payment so to speak and I called them about it, before the bill was due. I was informed there is no skip a payment but I could pay a double payment plus late fees on the following due date and they would notate on the account. So this gave me a month to come up with the funds cool. I received a late payment letter in the mail which I'm sure they do for legal purposes but otherwise I have not heard from them. Again outside of the ridiculous interest this is a loan company and relations are good since I pay my bill. I'm sure If I didn't make that double payment I would be in a different state of mind but it would be my fault at that point.”
