If I would have taken longer than the 12 months while paying the minimum payments my interest rates would have been around 30% and I have good credit. In order to pay online you have to pay an extra $2.40 a payment or go into the location and pay in person and not have to pay extra. In a time where most people don't carry cash, this is extremely inconvenient and a poor business practice. One time I went in to pay, they had writing on a white board about bonuses for who can issue out enough loans. I'm sure this explains why I started receiving one call every month or two asking if I needed a loan after I paid it off.
