My mother has her account here, and she has an overdraft, but they won't tell her why. She says they wouldn't tell her what her last few transactions were and will not help her unlock her app. She leaves in an assisted leaving facility so she's unable to go in person for every little question. She even says that whoever she spoke to on the phone actually hung up on her. I tried to call and of course no one answered. I tried to use the telephone banking and of course her account number and pin were invalid. As soon as I'm able to get her paperwork ready I'm changing her bank to somewhere they actually want to help their customers.”

Every time we would go in there she would just tell us that we will need one thing and that’s it and then when we go in to three more thing again. Are this causes confusion between the client and the company when the employees are not knowledgeable of how or what is required for a loan process. Every time I would go she kept asking her coworkers are the questions we were ask her because she was not knowledgeable. If you’re going to hire somebody at least train him well or don’t put them to do the loan processing if they don’t know how to do it that is very unprofessional not only did they run my credit and my co-applicant credit multiple time without letting us know that he would run the credit each and every single time just a very unprofessional offer if you are looking for a one main loan office go to Melrose Park”

Secondly, she inputted the wrong ticket number and basically robbed my mom. Had to handle this issue directly with the city.”
