Their lack of a quality website and customer account access, however, is a significant issue. Idaho Farm Bureau Financial Services does not have any system in place to allow customers to set up auto-payment, look at balances or payment history, make advanced principle payments, etc. Payments must be made by hand written checks or by manually entering account information on a open form. This is an unacceptable issue and will result in me avoiding this company in the future.
