My wife's pay days changed from the 1st to the 20th every month. We didn't have money in our account (because wife doesn't get paid until the middle of the month now), so we called them up and told them our situation. They said that they can't extend or change the date at all. They told us that we could pay $109 and get back $167. That wasn't an option for us either. I think it is poor customer service to not have options for your customers. They are already struggling to have to come get a loan with a ridiculously high interest rate and then to not have options to help them out makes it worse. All I asked her to do was change the auto pay date. I don't even care if I had to pay a fee to do that, but it wasn't even an option. I won't be doing business with them once this loan is paid off.”

She looked me up and down and snapped "You need to be with a job at least one year." Mind you it says that on the sign that I was reading. Im not dumb and I can read. I replied with "Well I have been at my job for 7 years. I left without another word and did not even bother to return with everything to apply for the loan. I hope this place gets shut down take your business to World Finance much better customer service.”
