Courtesy and humor in a short term loan environment are a rarity. This place has both. Makes a stressful time easier to manage.

Tried to get a loan and was told to screw off pretty much because I live in Pocatello! Poor customer service!

Exceptional service. Tiffany assisted me with a fairly complicated request and resolved it quickly and made things so easy for me. Thank you Banner Bank for having so many locations with great professionals here in the Inland Northwest! :)

They favor who they like, DO NOT GO HERE, a title company should be neutral not favoring people, it is so unethical. They favored the other party over me and frankly I am sick of this type of small-town favoritism! Especially how they treated me since I am not from here!

Horrible customer service. We got a loan from this company and set up the auto payments on the first of the month (my wife's pay days). My wife's pay days changed from the 1st to the 20th every month. We didn't have money in our account (because wife doesn't get paid until the middle of the month now), so we called them up and told them our situation. They said that they can't extend or change the date at all. They told us that we could pay $109 and get back $167. That wasn't an option for us either. I think it is poor customer service to not have options for your customers. They are already struggling to have to come get a loan with a ridiculously high interest rate and then to not have options to help them out makes it worse. All I asked her to do was change the auto pay date. I don't even care if I had to pay a fee to do that, but it wasn't even an option. I won't be doing business with them once this loan is paid off.

The women that work there are so Very Nice! Extremely considerate so much so they helped us find another business to help us. What business directs possible customers to another business. ... None!

Used the ATM which only gave $20s. I asked the teller at the front if she could break a $20 for me and she started to help. The manager then came across the room and said they’d only make change if I was a member. The funny thing is I was thinking about opening up a local account because I use USAA. After how rude the manager was I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. Treat customers better.

My best friend, with power of attorney, was taking care of his grandfather till the Uncle with medical power of attorney call these guys. They have done nothing but harass the grandson, sell items the grandson left at his grandparents house, take over property management (which is now loosing money on thanks to Tresco), and charge the estate $8,000 over the summer.

This bank has been great in terms of regular banking; depositing checks, direct deposits, withdrawals, etc. The thing that they are horrible with is customer service in the loan department. They take their sweet time and do not call you back regarding loan approval or denial. I have to go out of my way to get an uncertain answer from them. When your seeking financing for something, time is an important factor. I understand there are underwriting processes and procedures that take time but this bank in particular has no care to communicate to you. This has happened twice to me, and has happened to close friends and family at this specific branch. Customer service and customer communication is everything with a business.

I never give bad reviews, until now. First of all, this has absolutely been the worst experience I have ever had with what I had considered to be a professional business. Unfortunately they are far from professional, and customer service is the least of their concerns. 1st, the value of a '92 Jeep and a '01 Escape, a 9 year age difference, the loan was quoted the same $ amount. Odd, I would think something 9 year's newer and in great condition would have more value, but not to them. Next, I made my payments like clockwork, every payday and paid extra each time for several month's and then needed to skip 1 payment with the arrangement of paying it off within the next 2 payments. I had what I had considered to be a professional phone call with one of their employees that seemed to be understanding and told me everything would be ok, and to just come in on that next payday. However, the next evening I received a very unprofessional phone call from them. This young lady didn't tell me who she was or who she was with, but started the conversation by telling me my check had been returned. (I maybe write 2 check's a year) At this point, I immediately assume this is some kind of scam or joke. I ask "Check?" and demand to know who she is. She scrambles to tell me she's with the cash store. I explain I didn't write a check but made a payment arrangement. She then told me she needed to know what time on payday I would be in. I told her I don't have a time, obviously just like every other payday, I'll be in after work. She then informed me that if I didn't provide a time, they would call me every day until I provided one. Are you serious? Please do call me daily or at all. Sure enough, someone from the Cash Store called me daily if not 2, sometimes 3 times a day..14 days! To me, this is pure harassment. I wasn't delinquent, you really shouldn't treat your customers so poorly & unprofessionally. I strongly recommend anyone wanting any kind of help like this, DO NOT GO TO THE POST FALLS CASH STORE!

I walked in to get a loan from this company and the old lady was rude. I told her I was just looking to see what I needed for a loan. She looked me up and down and snapped "You need to be with a job at least one year." Mind you it says that on the sign that I was reading. Im not dumb and I can read. I replied with "Well I have been at my job for 7 years. I left without another word and did not even bother to return with everything to apply for the loan. I hope this place gets shut down take your business to World Finance much better customer service.
