When asked to update the spelling errors because they made a mistake, they simply sent me a Word document to update the documents myself. Really? What am I paying them for if they want me to update the documents myself? Also missed the close of escrow date by over a week. Very unprofessional and from what I can tell lazy. As an investor, I've worked with tons of title companies and this one is certainly not one I'd be doing business with again.”
