No transaction is to small or too large. They handle my inquires into covenants, boundaries and property histories without complaint and I always understand my closing docs. Private escrow is no problem and they will help you set it up for automatic deposits. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and they always get back to you. The employees train in cooperate betterment as well as personal improvement and education is promoted. It shows. Great job Alliance Title. I would recommend you do your next closing there.”

Finally they got everything they needed to cash the check, including verification from the. And that the check was good and funds were available, just to tell me I'd have to leave the check and wait "a few days" to get any cash. To top it all off the employees customer service skills were incredibly lackluster.”

Their lack of a quality website and customer account access, however, is a significant issue. Idaho Farm Bureau Financial Services does not have any system in place to allow customers to set up auto-payment, look at balances or payment history, make advanced principle payments, etc. Payments must be made by hand written checks or by manually entering account information on a open form. This is an unacceptable issue and will result in me avoiding this company in the future. I'd love to see this issue be resolved.”

I did some research on title loan companies in my area and decided to try Rocky Mountain Title Loan based off of the reviews they have received online. I have to say that I am so glad I did. From our very first interaction until now, Jim and Lori have been amazing. As my medical situation continues, I was recently placed on unpaid medical leave by my employer and as a result I am once again having difficulty meeting my financial commitments. I was afraid I was going to lose my car. Jim worked out a plan for me to continue to make payments as I am able and I won't lose my car. I'll keep the details of our agreement private but I would be remiss if I didn't comment on the huge amount of kindness, understanding, patience, and grace that they have shown me. Jim and Lori are going way above and beyond what a typical title company would do for a consumer. I am forever grateful to them. This may or may not matter to some people but it matters to me, and that is they are followers of Jesus, and so am I. Another time I asked for some cable wire, I was given the wire free. Another time, I was short of cash, he charged me $1.00 interest. Another time I bought a recliner in bad shape from Idaho Youth Ranch, and needed a truck to take it inside a mile. I asked Jumbo, and he gave me the recliner he had in his garage because it has a broken spring and the man who used to sleep in his garage would not use it. Jumbo took me to the Youth Ranch to donate another chair I had, and delivered the one he gave me to my place. Another time I needed beer money for a couple weeks, he charged me 25 percent or $37.50 for thirty. He is way more than good.. I trust the owner, he likes to joke and push buttons but that's his good nature. Good day!”
