I usually speak to Janet I believe, but everyone is always very friendly when I call. They are also considerate of time differences!! I have moved to Oregon since taking out my loan and they made a note on my account so if they need to call for any reason, it’s not before 8 am MY TIME (3 hr difference) very impressed.”

They say it is due to covid but they have used this excuse in the past and it have not been the truth. I have never seen so many unhappy customers before at any other bank I have worked at until I came to work for SunTrust. The management at this location is horrible, they cannot keep staff, and clients are so mistreated. Tracy and Cassandra are absolutely the worst! I have ZERO regrets on leaving this bank. Best decision I have made this year! Pick another bank people, because you can do WAY better and be a lot happier, where you are treated more like a person rather than a number.”

Called yesterday to refinance in an attempt to keep the credit line open (2 years old) and specificaly stated I had to have an answer that day or the whole deal was a waste of time. Well, I called in at noon, and had to call back twice to check the status of my refi request. By 6pm I had no return call OR answer, so I paid the loan off IN FULL, several months early. They could've at least called and told me they were still working on it. I'm a customer, and I expect customer service. Why continue to pay you 29% interest on a loan that i don't really NEED. The only reason I have it at this point is for the credit experience. ANNE: you cost security finance a customer, and I'm sending a certified letter to the owner explaining how you blatantly ignored my request for a same-day answer, and THAT cost you my account. Trial and error has taught me to record everything I do, and technology is amazing. My iphone records my calls, and I have 3 seperate calls proving that on 3 seperate occasions i specifically stated that I needed a same day answer or it was all a waste of time. Anne wasted my time, Security Finance lost a customer, and I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH due to my experience.”
