She was ask to take a seat and wait for a girl in an office by a teller. After waiting 5-10 minutes the girl came out with a greeting card in her hand and headed to the teller's counter handed it to them to be signed and then walked by my wife not acknowledging her and exited to a back room. My wife got up and left.”

They can't earn an income. We had to speak with the manager in order to find out there is no such minimum term policy for opening an account however they don't want the account open for a temporary account. Which with a 6$ a month fee for someone on a fixed income is a very high service charge for a company with such poor customer service. Kathy Holt had to ask the teller what happened.”
