We have some credit problems, and we are 2 months ahead on repaying this loan. We were in a rush and proceeded. A number of calls to branch have been met with, well, I do not know the answer to that.$^$^&%*&. You will not be able to see a statement showing your payments and how they lower your balance owed. Must call and they will mail it. Mailed copy is great if you have a magnifying glass. Their folder has a big section about an awards program. Branch does not know about. trying to login is not easy, causing a call to the branch. I had a 90 day same as cash loan with them through a furniture store. I went in and request that they take 3 equal payment from my account until the loan is paid off so I don’t pay the 35% interest. I signed the papers and everything. They never took the payment agreed upon. Instead they took the minimum payment. 7 days before the 90 days I noticed my balance didn’t budge and called them. They claim they made a mistake and that the payment agreed upon should’ve been taken out. When asked what would’ve happened if I didn’t catch it in time, I’m told I would’ve got the interest added on even though they dropped the ball. Bottom line, they’re a loan shark who pounce on the low income folks. No integrity, Please stay away.”

Turns out new rate does the "rule of 78" which means they charge interest in the beginning.so I'm trying to pay my loan off 7 months early & they still want me to pay the interest for the entire loan. I'm not getting a credit they are robbers and they charge 65% interest my loan was for $4442 they want me to pay $7943 go see your local title loan companies they don't lie”
