It gets harder and harder to make that since the bank keeps closing drive thrus. I've had the worst service, including a blond woman at the Touchton branch who couldn't get off her personal call to take less than 10.00 in rolled coins, only 3.00 in pennies. Their coin machine was down so she said I could drive 30 minutes to the Mandarin branch and use theirs. The drive in at Mandarin doesn't exist now. You have to get out and go in the strip mall after you are buzzed in. I called and spoke with a phone rep who walked me through how to set up connecting my bank so that I could do the payment that way. Unfortunately she gave me instructions on how to set up transfers from 121 instead of to them. Back to square one. At this point I'm just thinking refinance on my car payment to another bank even though it's almost paid. The attitudes of some of the employees is really bad and the service! I do not recommend them at all.”
