I have experience in retail mgmt,and have supervised people whom interact with the public,and I can say strongly had this person worked for me,in this incident,had she been overheard speaking in the manner she did to a customer,I would have terminated her! Very unprofessional. This month I will be moving my funds,and utilizing another bank. There should be no call for sarcasm in a bank to customers, EVER!!! Goodbye Truist, I won't stand for attitude by a bank employee . Finding another bank this month.”
