I am usually pleased with the service levels but 2 weeks ago I cashed a check at the same place as always with a new employee. As always I told her to also do a 250usd money order. She forgot, I forgot to remind her and now am again late with payment. Never had this happen and hopefully it will not occur again. That incident is why 4 stars and not 5.”
