Lady told me she could not give me advise. They are not a law office. I never asked for any advice! I nicely clarified my needs over and over again. She did not listen and was rude. Was very confusing why she would just respond the same way multiple times. Eventually she just said she could not help because they were "closed." Again I was 😕 confused. Like not operating or have Covid restrictions? Again she repeated the same thing no matter how hard I tried to clarify. Eventually she said if I needed anything I could put it in a box outside their office. Most bazaar call ever! Just closing through Bidwell title in Chico. They have been wonderful!!!”
