Lady I talked to was very condescending and didn’t listen to what I said. Tried to tell me that they received pay off check different date even though tracking number showed differently. I guess everyone is a liar except them. I strongly urge to go elsewhere. Currently financing a car with Ally financial and I love them! He called me back a week later and said they are not interested in helping me because they have broken even on the deal and are not losing any money & that I need to get a lawyer. I explained I am in another state and the car is in possession of someone who my mother (the owner) had a restraining order against. I stopped expecting any help from Ferdinand or his company when he responded with “if that’s true....” Horrible service and lack of empathy from this “manager.””
