Now, I totally understand if you don't cancel homeowners policies but if I'm calling to ask, why don't you just say that? Instead I get a rude answer..so very sad that I'm just asking a simple question and paid you for services, it's my first time selling a home..Maybe guide your customers through the process instead of acting like I should already know.
