They won't return those fees, and my account is in the negative and they won't do anything about it. If you have a paycheck, it won't drop until the next day (even though it shows up in your mobile banking account) and if anything comes out they will fee your account. The software they use to monitor and control our bank accounts is riddled with a plague of issues that have ended up directly affecting their customers and myself and what appears to me to be a lack by the company to support it's workers with the sufficient software to manage customer banking relations I will be henceforth as of this Thursday "April 7th 2022" closing all accounts and moving henceforth to a better more sufficient bank for my needs as I cannot trust this bank to provide me the security and peace of mind I need for my finances.”

They are usually really nice, but lately their attitude towards their customers has started to sour a bit. They ask for on time payments, and then whenever you are trying to figure out how it is that you are late or why they haven’t received your payment yet, you get the I’m not your account manager attitude. When I was trying to figure out how it was that my account was a week behind when I send out my payments every Thursday Vanessa started to get really rude with me and my fiancé over the phone and hung up on us then wouldn’t answer the phone whenever we were calling back so we could ask to speak to her manager about her attitude towards us over the phone. Again they are normally really nice and helpful towards their customers and if you had asked me to leave a review 2 weeks ago I would have given them a four star review, maybe even five, but lately their customer service has started to decline and that is why I’m leaving a 1star review.”
