My only criticism is the lack of locations. I don't come out to this area much anymore, so it can be pretty inconvenient when I need to physically come to the bank. But many things can be done via the app. I do wish there was a little more compatibility with other institutions such as PayPal and Cashapp. Also, at the Lonoke location in particular, the Google info says there is a drive-thru, but there isn't one that I can find. I also tried to go to the Lonoke location on a Saturday to use the ATM, but couldn't find one outside. If there isn't one, I think they need an ATM outside for people who may not be able to make it to the bank during business hours. One thing I can say is the Lonoke branch is beautiful on the inside.”
