Our banking needs were met seamlessly and the customer service is pristine. The Call Center in Cabot is amazing with questions about the mobile banking and employees are so polite and patient. During this Pandemic, customer service has been sacrificed for productivity. The Centennial staff have helped us correct mistakes, handle fraud issues quickly and answered all our questions about mobile banking with grace. We would recommend Centennial Bank to anyone and we commend them for their great customer service.”
