    “We have a vehicle financed with AICU, unfortunately. These small town banks and credit unions nickel and dime you to death. You can't pay your payment online, unless of course you want to pay their fee. It is 2022 and you're still charging customers to make their payments? Absurd. When I asked about this, I was advised I could deposit a check from my bank, then transfer to make my car payment. What in the world?! Time to catch up with the times. Also, I was told if I mailed my payment, they went by the post marked date for the payment date. That's not true. After reviewing my account, they had secretly posted 3 late fees and no notification of them! I was shocked. I can't control the postal service. I called about those too and was told oh well, too bad. Ridiculous service that makes no sense. I will never use AICU again. Customer service no longer exists, especially here.”
