      Rouge Credit Union has been a great bank for our family but the recent system update has not been user friendly. We went from having a single log in for all our needs, to now needing 3 log ins to take care of our monthly banking. New system update has been far from user friendly or easier for us.

      Best bank / credit union EVER!!! Only showed ID once because they get to know you and help you in every way they can. I have had many accounts and car loans through them over the years and never have I had a problem that they didn't quickly and politely resolve. Great work Rogue!

      Mobile app doesn't work about 10% of the time. Charges will post late, holds also will occasionally last longer than they should. Years ago this credit union was great, but has sadly gone down hill in recent years. They are no longer focused on the communities they serve but more and more persist just for profit. Customer service can range from good to dismal. I will be taking my business to a more respectable financial institution.

      They have gone downhill in the last couple of years. I transferred one loan away from them and the last loan I took elsewhere. I still have one loan with them and have to put up with there incompetent customer service. My online account could not retrieve my information. I called customer service just like it said to do. The lady couldn't do anything about it. She said its managed by a third party and they couldn't help me. So instead of getting in a fight over the phone. I hung up and wrote a review. If this keeps up, I'm going to find a new bank.

      Good banking but phones have been down for two solid months. I've told managers but they refuse to fix. And I work the hours they are open so I have no way to go in and ask the question unneeded to ask. Plus their mobile banking app kicks you out after using it a few times then locks your card after it tells you the password was CORRECT thinking of switching banks but have no way to get ahold of them. Customer service is nothing but rude also.

      I have 2 car loans and a credit card with rogue after my daughter was born i fell on hard times and got really behind on everything. Everyone here are understanding and helpful. I kept in touch with them and let them know what i could do and they kept working with me helping me not lose everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else to bank.

      Rogue Credit Union is the best! I have been a member since 2012 and my financial situation has improved more and more ever year thanks to Rogue. I was the recipient of the 2017 Tim and Carol Alford Scholarship through Rogue, and what they have done to give back has greatly impacted me individually. I highly recommend banking with Rogue Credit Union, member owned means the members are the priority and you can really see that with Rogue.

      I have never had a problem since i have been banking here. The staff is amazing and have an answer for all my questions. They are busy at times but it is still way faster than Wells Fargo.

      My boyfriend and I were looking to open a checking account for him. The lady that helped was nice the first time but said she couldn't open it and to come back. Each time we came back the service got worse and worse. We were assisted by an older woman after that and she made us both feel very uncomfortable. We decided to go to Pacific Crest and had a great experience through them. I have an account through Rogue currently but will definitely be switching in the next year or so. Very disappointing because i had never had that experience before and it sure didn't feel good.

      I was hacked through PayPal and $550 was charged to my account fraudulently. Rogue helped me dispute the charges and got me my money back FAST! They are truly the VERY BEST Financial Institution I have ever experienced! Thank you, Rogue!!!!
