She wouldnt give me an estimate, then never emailed it to me either. We refinanced here 8 years ago and they gave discounts to returning customers, it was great back then. I had my wife call since i didnt give my last name and had her ask for estimate ( nothing) no reply. My wife was finally like no, ill leave my number and talk with them. No return call. They dont need your business or ours folks, they have gotten to big and to rude to even deal with. Sad, we see this more and more every day. The woman that does estimates should be FIRED and i mean like today! Cheers”

I had some health issues and auto payments came out and after asking many times to not allow my acct to go negative, fees piled up and the account was closed. I tried to work with the bank to make it right. I made my way up to corporate office staff and they said they'd absorb the fees keep my account closed and not report to credit and check systems. I asked, if you'll absorb the fees then why not work with me to reduce the fees to allow me to continue my banking? No response from the corporate office. I've been asking for my 19 bank statements for most of this year and when I called and said if I don't get my statements I'll go to the folks who monitor bank practices. I got my statements the same day. This unethical practice is not cool at all. Beware of CNB, they welcome you with a sweet southern smile but turn on a dime when you call them out!”

It is a loan company so it's their job to make sure payments are made. I've had to call and tell them ours was gonna be a few days late and they were still very nice. If you call them and explain what's going on they will work with you. Also, if you put a little back each week then it's easy to make payments instead of doing it all at once.”

My stuff was there at 9 am. Other customers wet3 put ahead of me when I was there first. They refused to do my w2 without my children's SS card and the IRS doesn't require it. Horrible customer service. Huge fees. Will never use them again”

I told the loan officer several times I was just getting the loan to help build my credit and that I fully intend to pay it off early. She even set the payments at $1000 a month for me ... she did it knowing full well that it was a precalculated loan and that I'd be paying huge interest fees even if I paid it off early because how a precalculated loan works is they get their interest up front based on the length of the loan. It works a bit like a mortgage to put it in simple terms. Of my 1000 payment I only paid $400 on the principal. Over 3 months I've paid nearly $1800 in interest. They will screw you over if you let them. They are predatory lenders who go after people who are already struggling with credit issues. If you get a loan be 100% sure it's simple interest not precalculated.”

Lets fight to have them banned here also.”
