Can't seem to reach her any longer. Got a phone call got a message called back spoke wh somebody yesterday. Spoke with somebody else I needed to make at least a partial payment. Blue Federal Credit Union's really help me out and waving the $10 fee to make a payment over the phone because I can't seem to make it online. It won't let me. So he transfers me to another lady. She was able to take the payment but my discussion with the first person I can give you all $325. My second discussion with the second lady that could waive the $10 fee I told her $325 well they ran my credit card for $380 not $325. I didn't tell him $380 because I didn't have $380 in my bank account to give them. This is just ridiculous and then I speak with another lady this morning and told her the phone calls are recorded you better listen to my phone call why she took $380 yesterday I have no idea I authorize 325 not 380 because it didn't have 380 to give blue Federal Credit Union rotten Bank....”
