I had 2 land purchases that was tied up for 3 months trying to close. had to get 3 and 4 amendments to the original contract because of delays caused by the title company. Kim never reached out and called anybody when additional information or documents were needed. Between me, the bank and the surveyors communicating regularly we probably would have never gotten anything done. you have to constantly call these people to check on status. this is not my first loan but it will be my last going through central title in Kilgore tx. i have always had good luck with U.S. title but the seller chose the title company for us.”
