Also their online banking is very unreliable..their system is shut down and not working frequently. Go somewhere else if you want a good bank and good customer service. I would give them zero stars if I could.”

If you don't send in a check or the check gets lost in the mail and you attempt to use the online system to make a payment in a timely manner good luck. The online system rivals the worst online systems I've ever seen with a convoluted maze that will resort with locking you out of your account. You're than forced to make a payment + $15 over the phone. After spending over an hour with the online system and then having to call I think I should send in an invoice for my labor I had into trying to make this payment.”
