I was motivated to write this post because of another bad review that I read. 1. I have never had a parking problem. 2. I have never received incorrect paperwork. 3. I have never dealt with anyone who was even remotely grouchy. 4. I have never overheard a conversation from another office or felt concerned that someone else was over hearing mine. I believe they have 2 different private conference rooms. 5. From my perspective the decor seems fine. Yes, it is a very old building, but it is clean, neat, and serves the purposes. Thanks Mike A. It got to the point that I asked her if she needed me to come back? Changing my account Type I got charged fees that I was unaware of. Not once was I given brochures or any information about my new account type except the little information I got online. I called customer service and all they would say was I apologize they didn’t tell you. The tellers are amazing. They always smile and they always feel like they want to take care of me. They were the only reason I stayed with them so long.”
