I paid My car off and give the lady on the phone the correct mailing address to send the title she said absolutely no problem ma’am. Hung up waited 10 to 14 days for the title to come in the mail and still had not received it. I contacted Regional ACCEPTANCE and was told they mailed it to an old mailing address which nobody has lived at for over a year. I told them this. When I contacted Regional ACCEPTANCE to let them know I have not received the title they told me I would have to wait for a lien release in the mail which would take another week to 10 days then take it to the DMV pay $50 for a clean title and then I have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks to get a title in the mail all because they screwed up. They told me there’s nothing else they can do. This is the worst finance company to ever go through for a vehicle! Do not allow yourself to be put into the same predicament I have been put in! Horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!!”
