I do not understand what happened to the quality of care since it changed names, but the employees seem like strangers and do not know you, even though you have been banking there for decades. If Busey fired all the BOE people and hired new people, they did a horrible job. One cannot call and speak to any managers any longer. They do not answer phones. They do not call you back if you leave a message. I agree with the other posters... worst bank services ever. Very unfortunate to have a bank like this taking residency in a beautiful building that is pretty much a waste. If Busey could leave the area, they probably would, they've closed all the other branches already. I now have a $4.87 charge on my statement for account analysis. So they are finding a way to charge more fees for no reason. I have been on hold with customer service for 20 minutes but yet no answer why this charge exists.”
