While waiting, second in line, a manager approached me and asked how he could help. I asked about the shared branching service and he kindly explained they no longer had that service since the start of last year. Though he did direct me to the nearest ATM. Funny enough I've never used one before, so he was kind enough to walk me outside to it and show me how 🤦♂️. Very appreciative of him. Very helpful and Personal. Never had a penny of debt always have made payments and they have never needed financial assistance. I'm 167% over their limit but I don't pay any utilities or rent so that should put me 167% below their limit. I thought they were about helping the community not hurting them. I asked for a 50 month payment plan back but with not having to pay any bills I could probably do it in 30 months,; at all the bonuses and taxes I could probably get it done in 15. If helping the community and helping their members really did matter I feel like they would be at least willing to sit down and try to figure something out to help me in my situation. I wonder if I was a single mother struggling just as bad if the loan would have been approved immediately.”
